Whenever I get ready to board a long flight, I make sure to pop a small container of Aquaphor in my purse. Long flights are drying, but Aquaphor can make them much more comfortable. Dabbing a bit on the inside of my nostrils prevents that uncomfortable, tight feeling dry air can cause. The healing ointment is the best for soothing dry lips, but it is also great at helping a number of dry air issues from head to toe. Dry air means dry hair. I use a small dab on my hair to tame that crazy, flyaway hair that comes with long flights. It is also good for moisturizing hands and I’ve even used it on sore toes to help with chafing before slipping back into my shoes. Right before deplaning it’s a great way to remove old make-up and leaves my face extra soft when applying new make-up.
