La Romana, Dominican Republic
This product was recommended by Krista Hull from MyBestFriendWent
Much of the Caribbean is open for traveling. There are some changes and restrictions in place but as long as a traveler takes the right precautions and has the right attitude the experience is largely the same as we are used to. We felt safe and pampered. I own a travel agency focused on family-friendly and couples’ travel and it’s our full-time work right now to keep up with travel rules and restrictions.

Estudio Playa Mujeres Cancun
This product was recommended by Klasha Ray from EverythingNicce
Vacation is a time for relaxation and putting our worries aside! Although much as changed in the world, that is one thing that hasn’t! I’ve suggested your next vacation be at Estudio Playa Mujeres Cancun because safety is a top priority! If you don’t feel safe, then you can’t relax while on vacation, which is the point! I’ve also suggested this location because of a great deal if you book now!

This product was recommended by Mark Wilcox from Camping Forge
It’s 3 hour north of Dallas. It’s home to a beautiful Beaver’s Bend State park, lush forests, great hiking and the deepest lake Oklahoma. This product was recommended by Raul Mercado from Camping Helper
If you’re looking to travel and still abide by social distancing rules then nature is your best bet and few other places offer the freedom and scenic beauty of Big Bend in Texas. You’ll see starry filled night skies and 1,500 ft walls when traveling the Santa Elena Canyon. You can even walk across the Rio Grande straight into Mexico and eat with locals. One day isn’t enough to visit and you could easily spend a week with all there is to see in one of the most spectacular places in Texas.

This product was recommended by Kim Chan from DocPro
Thailand has done a wonderful job in controlling COVID and is one of the 15 countries marked by EU as safe to travel. Originally it was going to open its border to tourists on 1 Aug, but the plan has been delayed. It is likely to open up shortly and it is definitely a top tourist destination with wonderful beaches when it reopens!

This product was recommended by Kady Spence from Go For Kady
With heavy travel restrictions in place, many Americans are unable to travel to the exotic destinations they’d prefer. However, there are so many amazing sights within our nation’s borders, and New Mexico has a bunch of them. New Mexico is a culture-rich state, filled with incredible cuisine, breathtaking landscapes, and adventures in every corner. Down south, White Sands National Monument is one of the most stunning national parks the country has to offer. In the north, Santa Fe’s vibrant art scene is as picturesque as the mountains surrounding it. New Mexico is known as the Land of Enchantment, and with so many interesting things to see in the open air, now is the perfect time to explore it!

Amritsar While India is slowly finding its way back from the onslaught of the COVID-19 Pandemic. One of the many destinations that have opened up and is welcoming tourists is Amritsar. Amritsar is most famously known for being home to the most important site in Sikhism. The Golden Temple, a visit to the temple is truly unlike no other. Apart from the serenity of the temple, it’s also extremely close to the Wagah Border, which is extremely famous among Indian and international tourists alike owing to the very entertaining beating retreat ceremony at the border at sunset. Amritsar is also a food haven and you are likely to find some of the most delicious and wholesome food at every nook and corner of the city. If this is not enough to tempt you into visiting Amritsar it is also just 4 hour aways from the mountain town of Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh.

Dominica (the Caribbean)
This product was recommended by Clem Affana from Travel with Clem
Since the start of the CoVID-19 pandemic, Dominica, the nature isle of the Caribbean, has recorded only 18 cases of CoVID19, and all patients screened and tested positive have fully recovered. There have been no casualties. All the patients were also returning nationals and visitors on the island during the season. This attests of the fact that the healthcare system on the island is well designed to stop the spread of the virus, to perform effective contact tracing, and to prevent the worsening of the pandemic. The island has progressively reopened its borders (first to returning nationals, and now to international and foreign visitors). The island offers a lot of ecotourism activities (perfect for social distancing), such as nature hikes, waterfalls experiences and sulphur baths!
Sedona, Arizona
This product was recommended by Elizabeth Weatherby from Redi-Strip Co
If you’re not familiar with the area, you must look it up and plan a trip. This earthy-crunchy city enveloped by the red rocks is perfect to travel to right now for endless reasons. Not only does this unmatched city provide surreal views, pure culture, and vivid reflection of the new age, but it offers so many things to do outdoors while social distancing. The Sedona vortex points are extremely points in the US, said to offer powerful healing and alignment energy. This is something we could all use as this time of uncertainty! With no normal in the near future, it’s important for us to really try and find some stability, and for the wanderlust, that means travel. The places we can travel to right now help us to feel some sort of stability. Connecting with nature and looking at the world during a time like this is important for us all to stay afloat.
